The Heart and the Care of the Company in Distributed Work

Allstream has a lot of video calls. All teams are expected to have tea meetings. We listen to our employees, and we make actual items out of feback that comes from employees. And we do the same thing with customers. It's just a very collaborative company. And listening people have voices. Senior leadership is listening to employees, reading through comments on surveys,. making changes based on those that input that employees are provideg and we really care about our employees.
