How Can We Engage in Dialogue With Them?

I think that's what frustrated me the most about the education system. In college they tend to emphasize dialogue a bit more in certain classes. But i remember encountering a lot of arrogance o teachers and lecturers. And seff in my time to education system um aro, being condescended to on multiple occasions.
