Rent Prices Are Going Up
In orlando, where i live, last year, the single family homes prices appreciated more than the average annual income of our residence. And we also have had like a 25 % increase in rent here. A major factor is that 20 somethings, 18 to 29 year olds, are moving out of their mamma, dad's house. They're all moving out, and they're all trying to get apartments,. so that there's this huge surge of new people looking for apartments with the shortages and whatever. That's why prices are up 30%, and making apartment apartments unaffordable, which is insane. I was paying 500 dollars for one bedroom 15 years ago. So move the show
