The Importance of Timing in Wrestling

GSP had a really good Russian wrestling coach. He has that just in-out balance that he could just time things perfect and that perfect jab. That's why you never really see him throwing any right hands. It's just jab, faint, or shoot. And he just bounces between those three, keeps it simple, and just has people off balance the whole time. So there's advantages to both.
