The Importance of Watching the News

I went to an osteopath the other day who said he's never seen anyone walk like me. He said I just lift my feet straight up and plonk them down rather than going heel down to toe. But you know, I've always thought if anyone walks badly, it's probably me. On the question of news, by the way, there was a very interesting post on Twitter yesterday saying that watching the news to a large extent is a form of self-aggrandizement. That in other words, it reflects your needs to appear o-coron with world affairs as a way of looking and feeling important instead of containing information of much value.
