The power of one more is something that again it's all about choice. Try to keep your meals clean and keep it simple. Protein good, I'm sorry, good protein, good carbs, good fats in every meal. Make sure you get in the right amount of water. But keep it simple, be consistent. Just commit to it. You don't just do it two days, one week, two week and blah, this is not working for me. Right.
