How do we pass through all the ation and and things ever written about jesus and then settle on these particular books in the bible? Well, two or three things, they weren't written long after he was dead. And so you have four independent eye witnesses there. You also have whole idea of what was an apostle. The apostles worthies was a group of people set aside by jesus, given the gift, calling and ordination for teaching and writing. They were not just simple, fallible first century men running around shouting off opinions. So that's why we can say, because of jesu, because he's a wone to set them aside and empowered
