I know you wrote something on the human first blog which we'll put in here. The whole concept of utilizing things like knowledge bases and help centers, I think you called it, to utilize that content. So there's lots of data with a lot of places where people will get data from calls, live chat bots, voice assistants, all of these different areas. But why is the search not powered by better results? And, you know, still today, most help centers are powered by like keywords, which is really bad in terms of output.
