In august 20, eleventh, england experienced the largest outbreak of rioting in te generation. The trouble erupted after a protest at the fatal shooting of a man by the police which turned violent. In total, there was an estimated five deaths, 200 injuries, three thousand arrests and over 200 million pounds worth of property damage. What can we learn from the 20 11 riots?
