Meditation and Listening to Your Own Thoughts

Meditation is something that had I had that tool and been consistent with it earlier I would have been in a better place mentally because meditation being listening to yourself. If you commit to the goal of saying okay I'm going to do this every day 20 minutes in the morning for three months and then I will judge the results is my life better off after three months? You could do that with working out you can do that with meditation, bro. That's what makes meditation so powerful is you are reading your own thoughts for the first time and I had never done that before. So yeah those are my tips for someone in that type of situation bro.
