How to Launch a Rocket

I guess it could be used to launch things that don't mind being accelerated to 11,000 metres per second at short notice. But you need to be somehow be able to power it in a environmentally friendly fashion. And then we'll solve it. With one arm. Like if you do that with a diesel engine...
