Derrida's Theory of Structure
The metaphysical mind is one that tries to think beyond experience, beyond the material world. And what Derrida is trying to do then is call attention to the structure that gives weight to structure itself. In many ways, this can encapsulate the entire spectrum of quote unquote poststructuralist thinkers. But it should also be said that I don't think that in this text Derrida was necessarily trying to do away with structuralism.
