The Cost of COVID Filming in Recent Movies
Netflix was not part of this coalition until recently. And they joined it because they wanted to have uniformity. They wanted to be able to make deals with all the guilds at once, which is what the AMP TV does. It's an exception to antitrust law that allows these companies to come together for the purpose of labor negotiations. You're not allowed to collude. The movie studios cannot get together and say, we will set the price of our movies and theaters at certain points. That's a separate question.
