The Anti-Inflammatory Benefits of Plant-Based Diets
As I was doing reading for this and preparation for this podcast, it mentioned some anti-inflammatory benefits. Is there also some evidence that those in a plant-based diet have increased longevity? I think so. And then it also goes back to what aren't you eating? If you're consuming more plant-based foods, it's likely you're hopefully not including as many ultra-processed foods where we're going to have more saturated fat and added sugars.
