The Little Voice

The product was a deck of cards that founders working on something on the side would keep on their desk. Each card would push the fundamentals, force them to think daily about customer, problem and inflection points. There'd be a Slack channel where people would post what they'd done and chat about more tactics. I never would have caught onto this if it wasn't for our COO who did.
