There's a feeling amongst young Palestinians that the Palestinian Authority hasn't delivered on anything meaningful as far as they're concerned. And I think that they see the Palestinian Authority as this group of old men who had a stranglehold on power in very limited areas. So as far as that concerned, they're getting nothing out of the person authority and they see it to a large degree as just being collaborators with Israel. That in turn breeds the discontent that ends up with people joining militant groups.
