The Definition of a Sunk Cost
If you own something, it's more valuable tand if somebody else owns it. I always love the definition of a sunk cost when i first heard that described in nn economic class and finance class. Emotionally, let go. It's paid for. It's gone. You don't get it back. If you want to do something new, then do it in the smallest, simplest way. And once you begin to do it, then you're beginning to doSomething new.
