How to Make Low and No Alcohol Beers
Adrian: I'm not super familiar with brewing in a beers because it's not something that I personally have had any interest in. The key in these low and no alcohol beers is having enough malt in the recipe to make the finished product actually resemble beer, even though it doesn't taste exactly like it. Matt Del Fiaco uses the Excalerator Max chilling chiller which can chill a five gallon or 19 liter batch of work in five minutes or less.
