The Ethics of User Research

I think it's good to question things, but i think if you're like questioning the ethical practice of it, then probably just don't do. I think that should be why le build technology, and not for a company's own personal gam well, said for sure, i have some questions later on about no kind of that complexity or conundrum between perhaps what individually might be seen as un versus the business goal for n driving engagement or attention or profit. But i guess my y question is, like, how can u x research and the practices of ethics be extended outside of just research, so that it also permeates our design decisions?
