Is There Room in the Constitution for Congress to Make Some Sort of Governing Body in Terms of Ethics?
Article three says judiciary vested in one supreme court and other courts are lower courts. So does that say congress can or can't create rules that govern how you serve on the supreme court? In my view, it doesn't ril. The only restriction on those rules is that constitutional restriction is that the judges serve for life. All members of the court do cons the code of conduct in assessing their ethical obligations.
