What's the Way of Folly?

In Proverbs 23, there's this sweet little poem about alcohol. It starts in verse 29 and it reads, who has woe? Who has sorrow? Where you can say something about that? You're just like... But dude, dude, alcohol is like a snake that will bite you and send you into the heart of the sea. Story and the Noah story are parallel in Genesis 1 through 11.
