Can Google Sue Isis?

The complaint alleges that YouTube affirmatively recommended Isis videos to users by selecting the users to whom it would recommend Isis videos. It's plausible and possibly even likely from, you know, what anti terrorist experts tell us that Isis was in fact aided and abetted by the fact that they can post videos on YouTube. So this case is really about whether you can sue Google at all, not about the fact that you would definitely win if you brought such a case. The jury could go either way.
