The Frozen Money of the Tech Sector

I was thinking about this last night because we call it funny money or people call it frothy money. There needs to be a one word for it, but I can't remember it now,. It was either sputum or spiz. So okay, higher interest rates, right? That does a couple of things right off the bat when that happens, right? One, start evaluations, they crater. This starts breaking the tech sector. All the IPO, bonanza, that's over. We're calling it spiz.
