How to Prevent Mass Shootings in Soft Target Areas

Most of the fentanyl that comes into this country illegally from Mexico, a lot of it from Chinese supplies to Mexico, comes through ports of entry and it's smuggled by American citizens. We've lost more people to fentanyl than the Iraq, Afghanistan and Vietnam wars combined. The last 17 of the last 18 mass shootings were all mental health related. One in four people have a mental health issue. But if treated, they can live a perfectly normal life. Yet yet we've got more teenagers that have issues with stress, anxiety, depression. There aren't enough therapists, insurance doesn't pay for mental health facilities. And so we are losing Americans every day due to a lack of care.
