The Paradox of Venture Capital

I think often when startups fail, the founders do all right. And it's the other people who work there who have a harder time because I think you know words. The logic of venture capital is to insulate investors from risk by investing in 100 companies, 99 of which will fail and one of which will be Uber - although ironically, Uber is also a total failure. It's like I haven't looked at the number recently, but Uber loses last, I look lose like $2 billion a year. So that said, so he's broadened because he has the aura of being a risk taker who could create great things.
