I think the other thing that I like to do is for folks where sometimes you know you only have 15, 20 minutes if you're lucky and that this sometimes takes a little bit of time to begin delving into some of these things. Sometimes when we result into the oh you know just start tracking your calories or oh just do this which then doesn't sort of leave the right impressionSometimes with patience and so that intentionality I think is is helpful if that's possible with and folks's you know practice panels and things like that.
