The Hotel of Terror in Springfield

Springfield City Council repeals eminent domain on hotel of terror. They voted nine to zero to repeal the ordinance. It's in an industrial area and it reminds me of the second season of True Detective, that kind of industrial spookiness. How close is this to those purported vampire tunnels? Because I'm getting such deja vu looking at the overhead map here.
