You Need a Champion to Deliver Value
I'm always conflicted by this thing where it's like you won't be able to find a real champion if you're not helping them solve a real pain. So I do think in the initial when you're building those champions early days that the pain is super important because you want to make sure that, you know, professionally it helps them. And so I don't necessarily think that in all aspects you need the pain will link to champion, especially if you've sold with them before.
