Solomon is trying to point out that when we step into quarrels, disagreements, difficulties that are not our own, we are putting ourselves potentially in a dangerous place. Friends, this proverb could help us so much in life. We can avoid all kinds of stress and problems if we would take this proverb to heart. Lord Jesus, thank you for giving us wisdom. Thank you for showing us through Solomon's words such vivid pictures that describe the dangers that we can put ourselves in.
