Dennis Kucinich says he was forced to wear a bullet-proof vest while serving as mayor of cleveland, Ohio. The utility ruled the city's politics and tried to force it to sell off its electric system for profit - which would have cost taxpayers $1 million per year. He said that if more people like him were in office, maybe this country would be better off.
