The Importance of Infrastructure Spending in China

China's big commercial banks will almost certainly cut their prime lending rates this week. The lead has been taken there by Tesla and that seems to be holding sway even in China. It'll be interesting to see how important the economy is on whether or not China's behavior on the global stage changes.
