What's Next for You in the Construction Industry?

Being a general contractor is very difficult to scale. It's hard for me to bring on someone train them. Without giving someone equity in the business, i think it'd be hard. You've got to choose every material and measure everything really well. And there's onlys things that can go wrong with all of this work. That takes a lot of experience to be able to spall out like ted does.
