Why We Haven't Seen Stress in Corporate Bond Land
Banking credit is quite a bit wider. We've seen lots of CDS quotes from banks that are on the verge of breaking. But industrials, they're in pretty good shape. Their balance sheets have been financed at extremely low rates for decades. So profitability, not systemic right now. And then you look at corporates and say corporates are just equity with limited upside and all the downside.
