Aino John Jay and the Supreme Court
In 17 89, aino john jay had served in a variety of different positions prior to becoming chief justice. The men on the supreme court were not decidedly different than the men in the senate or the men being brought into the cabinet. They may have had different specializations and different legal train but not dramatically so. So that an of itself, was not unusual. However, there had been some pretty explicit conversations about the importance of separation of ours during the constitutional convention. And so he basically ceded to to their preference and said that the court as a whole couldn't provide input.
