Is There a Good Use of Time When Working Remotely?
It seems that people somehow lose some humanity when working remote, perhaps more negative. As all communication is on slack, slack and teams, people tend to hide behind our keyboards. I think it's really helpful and important to see the other person's face,. See their facial expressions, hear their voice. You can just pick up a lot about, you know, how their day is going, what kind of mood they're in... That carries through to async communication. We at who we've tried to get together in person every like three, four months, just for like two days. It gets harder with more people across more time zones or different things going on in life.
