The D is for delight because when you know how you delight others that's the equivalent of being able to crack the door open just a little bit. The G is for guide because even after you enrich and delight you need to continue to redirect and guide how others see you so that you can flip them in your favor. The final E is for effort effort in hard work and that effort inhard work comes last in my framework.
