The Vertical Stabilizer Is Not Airworthy
The wings failed symmetrically under g load while the aircraft was still at high altitude. The vertical stabilizer was attached to the fuselage with pins and sleeves, which did not comply with the specified values for hardness and tensile strength. It turns out that they had used counterfeit parts when they performed this repair.
