Military Recruiters Conducting Job Interviews at Law Schools
Rumsfeld versus fair decision said that law schools to continue getting funding, certain bucket of funding from the federal government had to allow military recruiters to conduct job interviews at law schools. The main sort of principle of decision there is that the law schools were not being forced to speak. Job interviews between one military recruiter and one willing student in a private room are very different.
