Is There a Grind?

I find the concept of the grind really interesting because a large part of the reason why I feel that I'm here is luck and timing. But they shouldn't be that way, right? Not necessarily, but on the other hand, I don't think it should be forever. It's almost like your fault is to be so passionate about something, right? You're just happened to be in this industry and you were talking about a bit of luck. A bit of luck and then acting on that luck.
