If you work in an office job where you stare at computers all day, how can one unplug and not lose motivation to do other stuff? I feel like I can't separate myself from my electronics and I procrastinate on other things I need to do. It's really helpful to actually schedule time away from the computer, away from the screen and committing to sticking to it. There is less of a stigma around ADHD now that people are more open to talking about it.
