How Do You Make Money With Short Term Rentals?
You can have a lower return on investment on a bagillion dollar beach front house than a house like three or four blocks back, that's still walkable, but is unow a quarter of the price. You started doing short term reynols while living in new york city. After we moved to nashville, and we bought a rental house. We didn't really know it was called real estate investing. It was just for a long term, it was just like a place to put some money and hopefully get some appreciation and like pay for our future kids college one day.
