God and the Idea of Personhood in Philosophy and Theology

Aquinas' notion of analogical language can be applied to the case of God. He's a person all right, but not just like us. In fact, he's very different. You might even say that he's more different than similar,. But that doesn't mean that there's no similarity at all. There really is some content to our thought and language when we speak of God as a person.
