Mirroring With Digital Body Language

You can actually mirror what people are doing. If someone's using emojis, it kind of gives you permission to do emojis. In a video call, if someone does show up on video and you're trying to build a relationship, I think mirroring back that respect is important. It's understanding punctuation and emojis and tone.
