Why Aren't Most Societies Patriarchal?
In western cultures, and actually throughout the world, they've been eliminated. In some western cultures is that there's no such thing as marital rake. But you raise the question, wl who created those patriarchal, patarchal laws? Well, wat would a woman who's designing the laws create such a law? Extremely doubtful, right? And so and so that gets to your point, t that these, in this case, institutionalized patriarchal structures are not independent of our evolved psych ogy ad. Once they're in place, they can have a causal effect.
