Walking is not about cardio, biblically. It's about proximity. Intimacy. Dependency. Lordship. How many of you know Adam was not leading God around the Garden? Amen? And if He doesn't run, if He chooses to walk, Ethiopia doesn't get the gospel. A nation ends up being the first official Christian nation. Never devalue the power of childlike obedience.
