There's got to be at least some personality element here where most people taking such great risks, they would just be so freaked out and so stressed out about it. But the question is more like why weren't there more like checks and balances on this one person's personality like her others on his team? And it's worth thinking about ultimately admit or not that this is just like completely unavoidable.

What the heck happened with FTX and Sam Bankman-Fried? Were there early warning signs that most people failed to notice? What could've been done differently, and by whom? What effects will this have on the EA movement going forward?
