Is There a Solution?
There is this very real thing that happens when you do meet people from these companies that you think are the most evil companies ever. Have you found the solution to that? Yes, well, there's no solution. But I'm starting to be aware of why this happens. If you look at cultures, maybe it's one generation of change. So maybe 20 to 30 years. The people you meet with companies are actually one generation behind the actual beliefs and cultural changes. It takes one generation for a company culture to change. And this is alsowhy people perceive these companies as evil. Like if you smoked in the 70s and 80s, it wasn't seen as something bad. Right.
