Is the Social License a Community Problem to Solve?

I actually hate the term social license and even you know the people are talking about this is a kind of community problem to solve it's not a community problem to solved. I think this is an opportunity to do things really differently we've got communities that are way more savvy now because they've been on the receiving end of things. We can't just build transmission lines in the way that we did in the 70s for example, we need a different approach to this so my challenge to industry which I've been saying is how do you think about this around? How do you engage them at every step of the project cycle not just at the end when everything's signed sealed and delivered?"
