What's the Most Common Attributes of Leaders?

We tracked in a spread sheet different attributes of different leaders and or subjectives. And so we boiled it down till like a handful of things. They put the right people together, and they curate the right environment. It's something you can practise without being the leader. You can be an individual contributor on the team and practice identifying the environment and figuring out where it's currently at. So is not just all about hiring a ton of rock stars. Is like, how can we get these human beings to work together to achieve a specific goal? Part of that is also that they're really good at curating the environment.
