Six Stages of AI Development
We talk about six stages of AI development. And the earliest of those stages is really simple analytics, not necessarily sophisticated AI. So diagnostic intelligence is the ability to look backward at analysis in the business and understand root calls drivers for performance that have either gone too positive or less positive. The next level after that is predictive intelligence, which is really the ability to anticipate certain scenarios or options. Now both the diagnostic and the predictive are very much things that can be done today and can be done better.
